Ok, there’s e-commerce and then there’s selling things online where you have to be referred just to sign up, and the discount is over £1000 per item (!) – that’s luxury etailing! These are the kind of pieces that would stay in a woman’s wardrobe forever and always look classic but with an edge – true style.
One of the best parts of my job is that I have the privilege to work with some of the finest luxury goods in the world. This Harry Winston Signature Lace timepiece has 629 diamonds totalling 21.59 carats. I once heard that if you give someone a watch they are yours forever. I like that idea. I think watches are amazing – I know we take it for granted but an object that can measure time, it’s truly astounding. And then, time fused to diamonds – an allotropes of carbon, the hardest natural material known – simple yet just so extraordinary.
