I love perfume – who doesn’t? Perfume is such a personal thing – it’s hard to know what makes you like a certain scent. So I was quite looking forward to attending the launch of Agent Provocateur’s three new perfumes at the new Rose Club in London. The new fragrances are based on the original three fragrances but they are lighter, more day time: Eau Provocateur, L’Agent and Maitresse.
I met up with two friends at the event and we each had a favourite of the three perfumes so there really is something for everyone!
Here are the press release notes about each fragrance – I always like reading perfume descriptions, with "top notes" etc.! It’s a bit like wine reviews.
Eau Provocateur has top notes of citrus and red fruit, heart notes of muguet and orange flower, on a base of myrrh, vanilla and Tonka bean.
L’Agent contains top notes of bergamot, leaf accord, mandarin, apple, melon and peach, heart notes of rose, jasmine, tuberose, magnolia, freesia and ylang with a base of musk, patchouli, sandalwood and amber crystals.
Maitresse has top notes of rose, jasmine sambac, iris and acacia, a heart containing granny smith apples and a base of amber sandalwood, Tonka and gourmand elements.
It was only fitting that there were beautiful models dressed in super sexy lingerie – after all it is Agent Provocateur!
The perfumes come out in mid April and ‘Eau Provocateur’ is £39.00 – 50ml Eau de Toilette Spray
