Lulu Guinness is just so super cute. So when I heard she’d done a 14 piece t-shirt collection for Uniqlo I knew I wanted to pop by the event and buy a t-shirt. The queues were long but happy shoppers didn’t mind as they were not only given an opportunity to have a special postcard signed by Lulu Guinness but the were also treated to an Alice in Wonderland style table full of sugary treats.

All of the t-shirts were quite cute but I especially loved the ‘lip’ t-shirt so that’s what I bought! I love wearing a t-shirt under a jacket or layering it up.

I love that Oxford Street is decorated with flags – it’s just so festive and everything is so ‘Go British’ with the Olympics and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee!

It’s been so rainy lately that I’ve opted for colouful, cheery bags instead of black suitcases.

On a rainy day you may as well have an umbrella that makes you happy. I’m quite into tartan at the moment and I’m coveting this London Undercover umbrella at Oliver Spencer. The first umbrella appeared in the UK in the 12th century – they were already used in Egypt around 1200BC but for shade.

On my last day in LA I managed to get a picture of the Hollywood sign! It’s been a good trip and in a short time I’ve done quite a bit of work and worked with some super amazing people that I can’t wait to work with again!

My handbag and I lunched at the popular organic vegetarian and raw food retaurant Cafe Gratitude.

Outside the Chinese Theatre preparations were underway for the premiere the restored 40th anniversary screening of Cabaret. It was interesting to see how small the red carpet actually is (it looks much longer on TV) and all the production surrounding the event, plus all the lighting – to make sure the celebrities and actors are perfectly lit.
