I’ve always been a fan of Ecco walking shoes but I never really thought of them for heels so I was quite delighted when they sent me these heeled ankle boots. I was pretty sure that they were going to be comfortable but was still surprised to discover that I could wear them all day at a shoot and that my feet didn’t ache at the end of the day.
In 2008 Ecco launched the My World, My Style, My ECCO campaign shot with real people and started to grow their brand image and their customer base.
The images below are from their Spring 2012 campaign.

I love Petticoat Lane Market. It’s not as trendy as Brick Lane or the Sunday Up Market but it does have it’s charm and so much stuff! The street was first named Petticoat Lane as it sold petticoats and lace made by the French. During Victorian times the name was changed to Middlesex, but it’s still known as Petticoat Lane. The market is like a massive jumble sale but it feels authentic.
I love this postcard of Petticoat Lane from Spitalfields Life – it’s a great site that specializes in the area.

Love these polka dot shoes from Gina – they just scream summer fun! There is just something about polka dots that I can’t resist. I just want to wear polka dots on a sunny day and sit at an outdoor cafe, sipping a tall ice coffee while watching the day go by.
