Secondhand Shopping in Pimlico

IMG_0341Secondhand Shopping in PimlicoFor a stylist I actually don't shop very much, or at least I don't think I shop as much as I'd like to. When I'm visiting another country I alway try and fit some shopping in, but in London it happens a bit more haphazardly. Recently my sister in-law was visiting and we thought we'd check out some secondhand charity shops. We headed off to Pimlico as it's very central, it's just a fifteen minutes walk from Victoria Station or Sloane Square. Pimlico has eight shops all within moments of each other. On the high street there's a regular Fara shop, an Oxfam with some good books downstairs and a Sue Ryder. There's also a Fara Kids shop just by the market. The Trinity Hospice was one of my favourite shops - I liked how it was merchandised plus it had lots of homewears and a good menswear section. If you're looking for vintage Fara Retromania is the place to go, it's quite fun and whimsical with dresses for £20 plus quite a few designer labels. There are also lots of cute cafe to stop for lunch and cake! You can check out at all the shops on Google Maps.IMG_0300IMG_0325IMG_0302 IMG_0304IMG_0305IMG_0306IMG_0310IMG_0308IMG_0310IMG_0311IMG_0314IMG_0329IMG_0326IMG_0330IMG_0332IMG_0334IMG_0336IMG_0335IMG_0336
