London Fashion Week Essentials

The last thing I want any time of year, least of all during London Fashion Week is to catch a cold or the sniffles, but since I’m surrounded by people who are doing all-nighters and working themselves to extreme limits you know you have to take care of yourself. Head Makeup Artist Lan Nguyen-Grealis recommends the Body Shop’s Vitamin E Face Mist – it’s not only good for your skin but it feels refreshing when you spray it on. I always have hand sanitizer in my handbag and I’ve stocked up on echinacea and Berocca so I’m feeling quite prepared for this London Fashion Week!
