Wheat Grass
Posted by Rebekah Roy on November 19th, 2011

Two ounces of wheat grass is the equivalent to four pounds of fresh green vegtables and contains a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and live enzymes. It’s also an antioxident and blood purifier. I have to say I do like the colour and well, it just tastes of grass. You can try wheat grass at Borough Market for £2!
