The Sunday Roast

The Sunday Roast, to some, is considered a cure for the over indulgences of a Saturday night but really it’s a time to enjoy family and friends and of course catch up on all the weekend magazines! One of the things that I like about a traditional meal is all the memories attached to ! My grandmother always seemed to be making pototoes, peas and gravy, and my father would delight in Yorkshire pudding. I feel like I’m usually eating Pret while running from one meeting to the next so it’s just nice to actually sit down and enjoy a meal, although it’s surprising how many calories one can take in during an average Sunday Roast!
