I love this hat - it's not me, I couldn't pull it off but I would admire the person that does! I love the tweed lining too! It's by Emmanuel Katsaros, who has quite a few cool and quirky pieces.The collection consists of a limited number of pieces, each individually made and entirely sourced and crafted in Italy.
