Green Eggs? And Ham!
Posted by Rebekah Roy on December 6th, 2010

Being a childhood fan of Dr. Suess I always read about Green Eggs and Ham. It’s the type of story you read over and over. I’ve seen the ham but never the Green Eggs, but it’s true there are green eggs! Somehow it seems that if there are green eggs so many other childhood tales could be true!

The eggs are from Clarence Court Free Range eggs where the hens are "free to range and forage on a green pasture from dawn until dusk."
