Mascara Addict

Today I learned that mascara has now replaced lipstick as the #1 makeup product that women purchase. It's nice to know that I'm not the only woman in the world with a mascara obsession. It was chemist TL Williams who created the first mascara for his sister Mabel.. Which later on became the mega cosmetic company Maybelline. I must have about 30 different brands of mascara in my makeup kit and I usually carry 3 different kinds at anyone time in my own personal makeup bag!

Today I have Guerlain, a YSl & a Benefit Badgal shoved in my handbag. I can't help it, I adore flirty, oversized eyes and it's so easily achieved with just a few extra strokes of a mascara wand. I won't even hit the beach or the gym with out a few lashings of a black waterproof mascara around my eyes. Yes, I am a mascara addict but we are a growing number!
