Behind the scenes – photoshoot
Posted by Rebekah Roy on August 24th, 2010

I styled a shoot with hair stylist Andrew Barton for breast cancer awareness. We had two celebrities and one breast cancer survivor. This was her first photo shoot and she said she’d never look at a magazine the same way – she never knew how many people were really involved in a photo shoot! I was a bit surprized by that, but really the reader just sees a nice image – the finished product. There was a hair and makeup team, a photographer with assistants, people from the PR and the client. I think there were about 20 people there, all involved and responsible for different aspects of the shoot.
