Essie – Crystal Nail File

I’m obsessed with nail and hand care. I keep my nails as short as possible and I am addicted to the Essie Crystal File – I carry it everywhere. As a stylist I’m always afraid of my nails snagging the fabric of e.g. a delicate chiffon dress, so the file has become an essential part of my kit. I’d hate to think that I or any of my assistants could ruin a garment just because we didn’t take care of our nails!
The nail file is crystal and comes in a protective case and it seems to last for years. I’m not sure why it leaves the nails so smooth but it does.
You should file your nails in one direction either up or down. You’ll find that it’s quite easy as the filing leaves the nails very smooth and also helps prevent splitting and peeling!
