Yellow Brick Road has The X Factor

Is it time for a new girl band?

Yellow Brick Road is a brand new girl band, but Gem, Lizzy and Stacy have a lot of experience: they’ve been singing together, formerly as , since 2006. They’ve done some amazing things in that time: they have supported Shayne Ward and got to perform at the O2 centre and they’ve put on a number of showcases in London and were featured by BBC News as "One to Watch", and selected twice as Song of the Day by Popjustice. They picked up a BT Award for best new talent and were chosen to launch console game, “Battle of the Bands” for Nintendo Wii.They have also had songs written for them by All Saints’ own Shaznay Lewis.

They’ve accomplished all of this but still haven’t been signed to a label yet! It’s a tough world for a girl band – all dressed up and nowhere to go.

X-Factor Series 6 might be just what they need – Yellow Brick Road has now made it though to Boot Camp so maybe now all they need is expert guidance and some luck?
