I love the YSL Cage Boot. It’s not something to wear without a pedicure or if you have thick ankles or ugly feet but I love the look and I’m a fan of the black patent leather. They are also on sale, down from $1590USD to $999USD. The YSL Caged Boot caused a quite a stir this season and might just be the it boot of the season – it’s rare to see something new in fashion – but we have seen the cage skirt for a while now.
The HQ Duo of Montreal have been making cage skirts for ages – maybe they’re the true inspiration?
