Let’s just start with I love my job. However, like everyone, sometimes I just want to stop and eat ice cream and run around screaming and laughing. I’d like to be able to roll down a hill and not care about grass stains or bruising or being sore the next day. I remember having screaming contests with my best friend when we were 13 – it’s not something I feel I could do as an adult. It would be irresponsible and cause a commotion and people might think we’re crazy. It’s not that I feel constraints working in the fashion world – my work has great freedom for creativity and does allow a good dose of silliness. I just want more. I want to laugh until my face hurts and my stomach muscles are sore.
