Fashion Targets Breast Cancer

So here I am writing up today's little blog very fuzzy headed after a couple of glasses of wine (less than 2 actually, the American in me can't drink!). Because last night I attended the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer launch and fashion show at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden. I worked on the models hair and makeup for the Million Model Catwalk

I was very proud to have my makeup assistant team do the hair and makeup for the models. The team created a look that was fresh and fun with thick black eye liner flicks on the top eyelid and a variety of full on fruit toned lips in orange, grape, cherry and berry  (a trend I predicted would be big this year a few months ago!) It  added a splash of colour to the models look. This year instead of the black and white target t-shirts that has been the symbol for the charity, they teamed up with a few various high street retailers to create black and white outfits where some of the profits go to the Breast Cancer Charity.  Coast, Warehouse, M&S and Topshop are a few that are involved.
