I do like leggings, I know most fashionistas like to hate them and they’re so 80’s but they’re so easy to wear and they’re just not going to go away. For spring lots of leggings were seen on the catwalk – think Threeasfour, Viktor & Rolf and Alexander McQueen. Lots of bold and graphic prints. American Apparel has a great selection starting at £22 and the Scandinavian label Nümph has some nice bright colours for £25.

I think a lot of fashionistas are intimidated by leggings, since they are essentially tight pants.

Personally I like leggings, and I favor them over tights since they don’t cover your feet and make the all sweaty. I also think they look terrific with something loose, like a tunic.

I’m with you on this. So long as they add something, why not? And they’re a great way to get away with short skirts & tunics too…LLGxx
