Bagel Shops
Posted by Rebekah Roy on October 19th, 2008
I love London and Montreal. They have several things in common: 24 hour bagel shops and cool fashion. I don’t miss the winters in Montreal but I do miss its passion & style. When I miss Montreal I’ll head off to Brick Lane for a bagel cream cheese or salt beef, then I’ll go for a coffee & people watch. It’s a good place to be inspired. There are some of the coolest & most interestingly dressed people in the world on Brick Lane. Of course it’s what we expect with massive vintage shops like Beyond Retro and Absolute Vintage and new designers to be discovered in The Laden Showroom!

FYI – you can by a fresh bagel for only 20p!

Montreal really does have passion and style. And the best bagels! Did you love The Main?

I love that bagel place! Last year i lived just off Brick Lane and that shop was one of our favourite stops at around 3am after a messy night out!
Brick Lane is one of the places i miss the most about London, I agree about the people – there really is nowhere like it and the vintage is the best!
